The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defects.

If approved:

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
